Cal Flame Charcoal grill a disaster
I made a really bad $1,700 mistake.
1. Doesn't seal with the lid down, so you can't choke coals down at will.
2. The 4 grates get hot and expand and if you need to move them they are wedged in place.
3. The herring bone design of the grates make them hard to clean.
4. The convection fan does nothing to distribute heat.
5. the bottom pan that holds the charcoal cannot stand the heat. It's all warped.
