Not like they used to....
This is a great little smoker grill. I had another like it that finally wore out. The old one had a much nicer insulated lid that the new one doesn't have. The new one just has a plain metal lid. The insulatd lid was better as you could shut down the grill and it would smother out your coals without burning them completely up. The old lid was more durable and heavier and kept the heat level easier to adjust.
