Rockin Roaster
The best "Beer Can" Roaster I've used as it catches all of the drippings and leaves the grill or the oven spotless. The small plug for the neck hole traps the steam in the cavity which is a big advantage. all the parts are teflon coated and it cleans easily. It's thick aluminum design helps to transfer heat into the cavity. Works great with a wood chip box and wood chips for a little smoke flavor.
Take a whole chik, rub with EVOO and your fav spice rub both in/outside, a lil liquid in the resovoir, put it on the grill @350* for about 75 mins maybe tossing a half dozen or so garlic cloves in the neck hole and VOILA !!! I actually bought two of these to do a double header!

I love the chicken this roaster produces
This is an efficient roaster which works great on the grill or in the oven. I get perfect results every time using my own recipe or one of the ones in the book that's provided
