Full Description: This Weber Gas Grill Genesis E-320 features an enclosed cart with corresponding painted steel doors with stainless steel trim, stainless steel handles, and accent colored painted side and rear panels. The cooking system, rated at 42,000 BTUs, includes 3 stainless steel gas burners and electronic Crossover ignition system. The cooking grates are porcelain-enameled cast iron. Flavorizer bars are porcelain-enameled. The primary cooking area measures 507 sq. Inches; the warming rack measures 130 sq. Inches, giving a total cooking area of 637 sq. Inches. This Weber Genesis Gas Grill - E-320 also has a 12,000 BTU flush-mount side burner. Other features include 6 tool holders, enclosed tank storage area, precision fuel gauge, 2 stainless-steel work surfaces, 2 heavy-duty front locking casters and 2 heavy-duty back swivel casters. cooking on the webber 310

Ilike to cook good jucie beef or pork steaks,The problem that ive had with the 310 is it wont sear my steaks the way i like them. It seems to me the flame or flame tamers are to far away from the grill and causes the steak to cook longer and the meat will only gets drier and thougher to eat,for that reason i had to return mine.To me that had to be an error on that design.

is not a good steak grill

Gas Grill

We've used the grill for just ourselves and for a crowd of friends. I like that you can light one, two or all three burners to use depending on the size of the crowd. The side burner boiled water in a large pot within 15 minutes, in order to cook corn. Exterior cleans up......the only thing I don't like about the grill is the cheap, disposable container for the grease to drip into. I would have liked something that was sturdy and reusable. Other than that, I have not found any cons.

Excellent

We went from a Hibachi type grill to the Weber Genesis E320 and all we have to say is Wow! wow, wow, WOW!

Fantastic Grill!

The Weber Genesis E-320 grill is fantastic! After using a gas grill for years that contained lava rocks this unit is a pleasure to use. The Weber is not subject to flare ups like the former grill and features like a disposable drip pan and a removable, completely washable, drip tray make it a pleasure to use. The evenness of cooking is fantastic - no more hot spots. The E-320 features a side burner and is a handy addition that keeps you out of the kitchen. Also with the optional Weber Vegetable Basket (#6434) we simply slice up some fresh veggies, coat with olive oil and seasoning and toss in. The veggies stay in the basket and don't end up in the bottom of the grill.[...]the step-by-step assembly diagram was easy to follow. Anyone with basic assembly skills should be able to handle the job. I had the grill assembled in about 2 hours.This grill is quality!
