Steak fry for customers
We grilled for a great customer of ours. We grilled for approx. 30 people and had rave reviews about the steaks. I even had one lady who wanted hers well done and i did not have any that were that done so she settled for one that was probably med. Rare to med. When she was done she came to me and said it was the best steak she had ever had and to not to tell her husband as she had always ordered her steaks well done. She asked how we grilled such a great steak. I told her you first have to start out with a great steak, then you don't cook the hell out of it and use a weber Q grill as you never have any flare ups. I will never buy another grill again unless it is the Q320 for home use. By the way i have a char-broil stainless with a searing burner for sale, used twice and the cast iron grates are properly seasoned.
